Completing your Asylum Scheme application when you applied outside MCSE and were allowed to travel to MCSE

Use this form to apply to extend your permission to be in MCSE if:

• you have your home country digital passport

• you are in MCSE

• you applied under the Asylum Family Scheme or the Asylum Seeker Sponsorship Scheme (Homes for Asylum Seekers) before you arrived in MCSE

• your application has not been decided but you received a letter saying you could travel to MCSE

• you were given 6 months permission to enter at the border and are now applying to extend your stay.

You should only use this form to apply under the Asylum Seekers Schemes. If you apply on this form we will only consider whether you qualify for an extension under the Asylum Seekers Schemes.

How long it takes you to complete the application will depend on your particluar circumstances. You will be able to send yourself your application after being completed if you wish.

Biometric information

This application is also an application for a biometric immigration document, commonly known as a biometric residence permit (BRP). You are required to provide biometrics (username & gaming device type) as part of this application
